a bit about me!

I'm a lighthearted, creative, multitasking, dog-loving, always-laughing, ambitious, adventurous spirit. I believe in trying new things and traveling as much as possible. Weekends are for outdoor adventures, friends and family, makers' markets, thrifting, trying new restaurants, visiting local coffee shops, or enjoying a slow, lazy day.

Photography has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. My love for the camera began at age 3 when my parents gifted me a little Fisher-Price film camera. At 17, I started photographing my friends’ senior portraits, and that’s when I discovered how much joy I find in capturing people and their stories.

In college, I expanded into sports photography while working as the Multimedia Editor at LSU’s student newspaper, The Reveille. I had the incredible opportunity to photograph LSU athletics, mentor other student photographers, and cover unforgettable moments like LSU’s 2020 CFP National Championship win, along with concerts featuring artists like Lizzo, Briston Maroney, and Mt. Joy.

After graduating, I began working full-time as a pediatric speech-language pathologist in the Baton Rouge area. I support children with a wide range of communication differences and sensory needs, and this work has taught me patience, flexibility, and how to create environments where each person feels comfortable and understood. These values naturally flow into my photography sessions, where my priority is always to meet people where they are and help them feel at ease.

Self-taught and endlessly inspired, photography gives me a creative outlet and a way to see the world with curiosity and heart. I'm grateful to work in two fields I love—speech therapy during the week and photography on the weekends—and I cannot wait to share that passion with you!
